Community CZ/SK

NAFO has been active in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since its foundation. Today the number of members is around 250. The Czech and Slovak Fellas are an unusually organized group within the global NAFO. In addition to the daily activity of refuting misinformation and coordinated attacks on propaganda sources, it also participates in the support and administration of its own fundraisers and the organization of public events. The Czech section of NAFO also establishes close cooperation with local Ukrainian communities, with whom it strives to simplify the integration of Ukrainians into society and actively supports their own charitable activities for Ukraine.

Our events

The first event that CS / SK NAFO independently organized was a march in support of Ukraine, which took place in July 2022 in Brno, and the last was a rally in front of the Russian embassy in Prague on November 11, 2023. Among these venues, members of NAFO participated in a number of other events organized by other groups dealing with the same or related topics. In collaboration with other groups, they often appear at counter-demonstrations organized in response to rallies organized by populist politicians and disinformers, or support regular rallies organized by local Ukrainian communities with their presence.
